深圳市规划国土发展研究中心十五周年—VI、画册及展览设计

深圳市规划国土发展研究中心成立于2008年，直属于深圳市规划和国土资源委员会，是为适应深圳市城市规划工作的需要，按照深圳市事业单位改革的要求，由深圳市政府批准成立的全国首家法定机构。2023年为其成立第十五周年。

城市规划是上帝的艺术，在上帝的视角中规划和与设计我们日常居住的城市，城市规划的工作通常难以被日常生活察觉但却不停地在影响着我们的生活。规划工作者每天的工作都在面对各种规划中的“线”，红线划定建设用地、绿线划定绿地范围、蓝线则控制江河湖泊等水域、黄线用于划定重大基础设施等。这些线在我们的生活中并不可见，但实际无处不在。因此可见的工作和不可见的线相互融合，形成了我们的设计基础概念。我们希望用一条线融合这些各色的规划工作线，唤起规划工作者的熟悉与共鸣，同时我们也希望他们能够以更日常的方式出现，从而进入更多的传播话语。

因此，我们以规划线的色彩进行融合，以15这一代表15周年的数字作为设计主体，将15作为整体设计的核心元素，同时将其延展至整个数字和英文字库，从而以15出发，形成字体系统，作为统摄整个设计系统的视觉语言。我们将这一套字体设计，应用在整套物料之中，形成统摄印刷品、空间和衍生品的整体设计工作。

SHENZHEN URBAN PLANNING & LANDRESOURCE RESEARCH CENTER was established in 2008, directly under the Shenzhen Municipal Commission of City Planning and Land Resources Management, and is the first statutory organization in China approved by the Shenzhen Municipal Government in order to adapt to the needs of urban planning work in Shenzhen, and in accordance with the requirements of Shenzhen's institutional reform. 2023 will mark the fifteenth anniversary of its establishment.

SURE Design undertook the VI, event, exhibition space and book design for the event.

Urban planning is God's art, planning and designing the cities we live in from God's point of view. The work of urban planning is often difficult to recognize in our daily lives, but it constantly affects our lives. Planning workers work every day in the face of a variety of planning "lines", the red line delineates the land for construction, the green line delineates the scope of green space, the blue line is to control the rivers and lakes and other waters, the yellow line is used to delineate the major infrastructure and so on. These lines are not visible in our lives, but are practically everywhere. Therefore the visible work and the invisible lines blend with each other to form the concept of our design foundation. We wanted to fuse these variously colored lines of planning work with a single line that evokes familiarity and resonance for planning practitioners, but we also wanted them to appear in a more everyday way so that they could enter into a more communicative discourse.

Therefore, we used the colors of the planning lines to blend together, and used the number 15, which represents the 15th anniversary, as the main body of the design, taking 15 as the core element of the overall design, and extending it to the entire numerals and English font, so as to form a typeface system starting from 15, which serves as the visual language to unify the entire design system. We applied this typeface design to the entire set of materials, forming an integrated design for print, space and derivatives.
